Returns & exchanges

Need to return something? Not a problem. We accept all exchanges within 14 days of the products arriving to you (including sale items).

You will be issued a dollar purchase value equivalent discount code or credit note for usage. We don't offer refunds unless your product is faulty or damaged. In the case of your items being faulty and/or damaged, you will be issued a full refund once you have returned the products to us and we have inspected them.
